II. Product Overview
Scope of application: Vacuum packaging of granular materials such as garlic, beef rice-meat dumplings, rice-meat dumplings, and pickled Chinese cabbage. This equipment consists of: a vacuum packaging machine + a work platform + a lifting machine + a liquid filling machine + a multi-head combination scale.
III. Product Performance
(1) The bag-feeding fully automatic vacuum packaging machine consists of two rotary integrated machines (a filling system and a vacuum system respectively). The vacuum system operates in a continuous rotary motion, with no inertia and no impact force.
(2) Quickly change the packaging bag specifications, and automatically adjust to different bag specifications with one click.
(3) Meet the hygiene standards for food processing machinery. The parts of the machine that come into contact with materials or packaging bags are made of 304 stainless steel or other materials that meet food hygiene requirements, ensuring the hygiene and safety of food.
(4) Easy to operate: Equipped with a Siemens PLC and POD (touch screen) electrical control system, the machine boasts a user-friendly interface and is easy to operate. Bags without material, seals, or fillers can be recycled, ensuring no waste of bags.
(5) Sealing temperature detection function: If the heating plate is damaged, an automatic alarm will be triggered on the touch screen.
(6) The sealing method adopts instantaneous heating and water cooling to achieve a smoother and more aesthetically pleasing seal.
(7) The vacuum chamber is carved and milled from aviation-grade aluminum in a computer machining center, ensuring no hardening, no deformation, as well as sealing and durability.
